I am a Senior Interaction designer and since 1995, I have been part of some of the most innovative internet centric italian projects. I designed every kind of web GUI; I developed concept/prototypes for mobilephones/handhelds; I worked as usability expert using traditional methodology as well as eye-tracking; I formulated design guidelines for the top ten italian companies. I remain committed to the project, but because my experience (teamworking capability and problem solving approach) I was often given a managing role (in little teams as well as VP or vice-Managing Director). I spent more than 8 years as manager in the “Experience Economy” (mostly working in presales and/or leading the projects delivery). WHAT I DO I'm involved in PRODUCT BEHAVIOUR DESIGN (Not just GUI design). What it means? To be part (or lead) of all this following activities. - strategy (service design but also market opp evaluations) - evaluation of context, users, process, and relation beetween all of them. - concept design (UCD could be a effective approach) - great prototyping! (sketches , wireframe, blueprint, etc) - usability test (traditional or eye-t) Plus... - team/project management - teaching, sharing K, building community, etc.
